Life on the ocean waves

So what do we get up to on our watches?

We eat like there is no tomorrow! The salty sea air gives us hearty, wholesome appetites, and with Commodore in charge of the galley it's like eating in a five star restaurant 24/7.

A wee mishap for Callum!!

You can't have too many dish cloths on board.

We read, take nana naps, think about the next meal, drink copious quantities of tea, check our heading ... south via Fiji!

Meanwhile the autopilot is doing all the work ... best crew member out!

Commodore very happy to have her favourite lillies onboard.

(firmly wedged in between the toaster and tupperware, we haven't lost them yet). Mimu is home away from home.

2 paddleboards to play with on Mimu. Water temperatures a bit chilly for a dunking!

We have some very keen fisher people on board.  Unfortunately the pickings have been a bit thin so far though not from lack of trying.

  1. Poor Callum. Dirty clothes and only just on board 😟 the sea looks perfect for paddle boarding.
